Hello and welcome to Tiny Planet Counseling (TPC)! My name is De’Zha Cushman, and I am a therapist here at TPC. I currently hold a Masters degree Marriage & Family Therapy from Capella University. I have many populations with which I work, but I am especially passionate about working with families (couples and other familial units) and individuals on their faith journey. Through empowerment, I assist clients on their journey to becoming confident in themselves and the future that lies ahead. I recognize that each individual is unique and because of this, I choose my method of intervention based on the specific needs of my clients and their goals. As a therapist, it is my goal to offer an environment that is non-judgmental and to maintain the confidentiality of my client at all times. When working with a therapist it is important that clients feel understood, respected, empowered, and comfortable and that is precisely what I seek to establish with each of my clients.
