If you are running late, please text or email your therapist as soon as possible.

    • There is a 10-minute grace period

    • After 10 minutes, your therapist may choose not to accept the session

    • If canceled due to lateness, the missed visit/late cancellation fee will still apply

    • The fee is only waived if you reschedule for the same day

Why do you charge missed visit or late cancellation fees?

Missed visit fees are necessary to support our therapists and ensure access to care for others. No fee is charged with 24+ hours’ notice. Many therapists have full schedules. Insurance does not reimburse for missed sessions. Fees help compensate therapists for reserved time.

Session balances are charged to the payment method on file, which may occur anytime after the session.
