You don’t have to manage every part of practice on your own. Our therapists have access to billing support, administrative help, peer support, and supervisor support so they can stay focused on the work they do best.

We believe good clinicians should have room to keep learning. Our therapists have access to clinical supervision, specialty case consultation, ongoing clinical support, training opportunities, CEU support, and continued education.

Building a caseload can be one of the hardest parts of private practice. Our systems are designed to help clinicians build a sustainable caseload while spending less time worrying about finding clients and more time providing great therapy.
Who tends to thrive here?
Tiny Planet Counseling is a great fit for clinicians who want the support of a group practice while continuing to develop their own clinical identity.
We are especially interested in therapists who:
Hold, at minimum, a provisional license
Are seeking a full-time position
Live near one of our office locations
Have some non-traditional availability
We also welcome applications from strong-fit clinicians on a rolling basis, even when we are not actively recruiting for a specific need.
