Adult Therapy
in Georgia
At Tiny Planet Counseling, adult therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and personalized. We offer a supportive space where adults can explore concerns, better understand themselves, and develop practical tools for navigating life’s challenges.
Adult therapy sessions are tailored to each person’s needs and may include talk therapy, coping skills, emotional regulation tools, stress management, and evidence-based therapy strategies to support emotional well-being and personal growth.
We support adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, trauma, burnout, grief, identity exploration, self-esteem challenges, and major life changes.
Our goal is to help adults feel supported, empowered, and more connected to themselves and others as they move toward meaningful change.

Your therapist may help you notice patterns, process experiences, strengthen boundaries, or practice new ways of responding to stress and relationships. Our therapists use different therapy modalities based on your needs and goals. To learn more about the approaches we offer, visit our How We Help page.
