Now welcoming new clients ✨
If you’re seeking meaning, healing, and authenticity, Lauren walks alongside you with compassion and care.
Hi, I’m Lauren (she/her)! I’m a therapist with a genuine love for people and a deep belief in the power of living a meaningful, authentic life. I earned my Master of Science in Clinical and Counseling Psychology with a focus on multiculturalism, and I strive to use my training and heart for this work to support clients as they explore what truly matters to them. Authenticity looks different for everyone—and I believe that’s one of the most beautiful parts of being human.
I see the therapeutic relationship as something sacred and deeply impactful. In a world that often leaves us feeling disconnected, isolated, or unseen, therapy can become a place of grounding and reconnection. I aim to create an open, genuine space where you feel safe to talk through your experiences, reflect on your inner world, and explore the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked or silenced.
My therapeutic style is holistic, person-centered, and collaborative. Rather than focusing on just one concern, I work with the whole person—exploring the emotional, mental, social, physical, and sometimes spiritual dynamics that exist beneath the surface. Together, we’ll explore your strengths, values, and beliefs to help you better understand who you are at your core and how you want to move through the world. I believe therapy works best as a partnership, and I see our work together as a shared process of healing and growth.
In our sessions, you can expect to feel seen, valued, and truly listened to. I believe deeply in the shared human experience and in the comfort that comes from knowing you’re not alone in what you’re facing. Life is a journey of self-discovery and self-love, and it’s an honor to walk alongside clients as they navigate that path.
I’m especially well suited to support clients navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, self-esteem concerns, spiritual or religious struggles (including religious trauma), and multicultural experiences. I also integrate mindfulness, mind-body approaches, art therapy, and play therapy when helpful, always tailoring sessions to your unique needs and goals.
Guiding Vibe: You don’t have to walk this journey alone—your story deserves to be seen and honored.
If you’re feeling unsure where to start, know that showing up is already a meaningful first step. Therapy can be a place to reconnect with yourself, feel supported, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling—at your own pace.
