Book with Diamond

Hi, I’m Diamond (she/her)! I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I’m passionate about creating a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I work with children, teens, and young adults who may feel unsure about starting therapy, disconnected from themselves, or overwhelmed by life’s challenges.

I support clients navigating things like anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, depression, trauma, school-related challenges, identity exploration, mindfulness and self-care, and questions around purpose or spirituality. Whether you’re carrying something heavy or just feeling a bit stuck, my goal is to help you uncover your strengths and explore new perspectives in a way that feels safe and approachable.

Outside of therapy, I’m a pianist, portrait painter, foodie, dog mom, and someone deeply connected to my Dominican heritage. Creativity, culture, and expression are important parts of who I am, and I bring that same warmth and authenticity into the therapy space.

My therapeutic style is kind, supportive, and collaborative. I like to blend practical tools with deeper self-exploration, helping you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns while also building skills you can use in everyday life. When it feels helpful, I incorporate humor and lightness into sessions to help ease anxiety and make therapy feel more comfortable and human.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating—or even a little awkward—and that’s completely okay. We’ll move at your pace, focusing on what feels most important to you. I’m committed to meeting you where you are with warmth, curiosity, and care, and walking alongside you as you build confidence and resilience.

Guiding Vibe: You don’t have to have it all figured out—this is a space to explore, grow, and feel supported.

If you’re considering therapy, know that reaching out is already a meaningful step. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to work together and support you on your journey.

Diamond is not a fully licensed therapist and is currently under the supervision of Seanna Toso, LPC, CPCS (LPC009508). For concerns regarding Diamond, please contact their supervisor at katie@harvestlifecounseling.com.
