Katelyn Kalle, APC

Now welcoming new clients

Katelyn offers thoughtful, compassionate support for life transitions, healing, and self-discovery.

Hi, I’m Katelyn (she/her)! I hold a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am an Associate Professional Counselor. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a meaningful and powerful part of healing, and I strive to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered—just as you are.

Outside of therapy, I value presence, reflection, and meaningful connection. I’m someone who appreciates slowing down, creating space for self-awareness, and honoring each person’s unique pace and story. These values guide both my personal life and the way I show up in the therapy room—calm, attentive, and grounded.

My therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and client-centered. I work thoughtfully with individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected and are ready to explore what healing might look like for them. I use evidence-based techniques, mindfulness, and psychoeducation to tailor sessions to your unique needs, always prioritizing emotional safety and collaboration. My goal is to support you as you build insight, confidence, and a deeper sense of self-worth.

I enjoy working with clients navigating ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and PTSD, religious trauma, identity exploration, self-esteem and self-worth concerns, LGBTQIA+ experiences, and stress or burnout. I work especially well with clients experiencing life transitions who are seeking clarity, healing, and alignment with their authentic selves.

In our sessions, you can expect a space that feels non-judgmental, supportive, and steady. Together, we’ll explore your emotions at a pace that feels right for you—without pressure to have everything figured out. I focus on helping you develop insight, coping tools, and a stronger connection to yourself while honoring the complexity of your experiences.

I earned my degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and my work is guided by compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each client’s lived experience.

Guiding Vibe: Healing doesn’t have to be rushed—you’re allowed to move at your own pace.

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and it’s okay to feel unsure. You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to walk alongside you as you explore your experiences, build confidence, and move toward a life that feels more aligned, grounded, and true to who you are. I can’t wait to meet you.

Katelyn is not a fully licensed therapist and is currently under the supervision of Seanna Toso, LPC, CPCS (LPC009508). For concerns regarding Katelyn, please contact their supervisor at katie@harvestlifecounseling.com.
