Brittany Clements, LPC
Now welcoming new clients ✨
If you’re sensitive, stressed, or feeling all the things, Brittany’s your therapist—warm, grounded, and powered by matcha and curiosity.
Hi, I’m Brittany (she/her)! I’m a therapist who welcomes you exactly as you are and supports you in exploring your experiences with curiosity, compassion, and care. I work with teens and adults who are dealing with things like anxiety, trauma, grief, OCD, life transitions, and overwhelm that can come with feeling everything so deeply. I have a special soft spot for highly sensitive folks—the ones who notice more, feel more, and often carry more than they let on.
Outside of therapy, I’m a matcha lover, cat parent, antique collector, and outdoor enthusiast. Whether I’m hiking a new trail or stumbling upon a vintage treasure, I’m drawn to what feels grounding, meaningful, and real. I bring that same energy into the therapy room—warm, down-to-earth, and fully human.
In therapy, I’m collaborative and flexible, and I tailor our work to your pace and your personality. I like to blend practical tools with deeper emotional exploration, helping you build skills while also getting to know yourself more compassionately. We’ll spend time noticing patterns, honoring your emotions, and gently making room for new ways of responding—without rushing or forcing anything.
You might hear me say things like “Two things can be true at once” or “Let’s get curious.” Together, we’ll treat emotions as information rather than problems to fix, honoring every feeling as having a purpose. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s understanding, balance, and learning how to move through life with a little more ease and self-trust.
I earned my Master’s in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Clayton State University and care deeply about helping clients connect with their inner experiences in ways that feel safe and supportive. Above all, I want you to feel seen, supported, and genuinely cared for in therapy.
Guiding Vibe: Your emotions aren’t setbacks—they’re invitations to practice acceptance, treat yourself with compassion, and grow in ways that feel authentic to you.
If starting therapy feels intimidating, that’s okay. You don’t have to do this alone. I’ll be right there with you—grounded, compassionate, and fully invested in your healing.
