We offer flexible office subleasing for helping professionals who operate their own private practices. This is an ideal option for clinicians looking to run a counseling practice without the burden of traditional commercial leases.

Office subleasing is offered through 12-month agreements, which are considered short-term within the commercial property world, where five-year leases are often standard.

Offices are available 7 days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., allowing flexibility in scheduling while maintaining a consistent, professional environment.

The cost is $15 per hour, which includes access to a fully furnished office, waiting room, breakroom, and restroom, as well as Wi-Fi, printer and scanner access, and client snacks. Spaces are designed to feel welcoming, comfortable, and supportive of high-quality care.

Subleasing opportunities are available at both our Stockbridge and Gainesville locations.
