Which path is right for me?
Credentialing consultation
Focused guidance for eligible fully or provisionally licensed Georgia counseling, social work, and marriage and family therapy professionals. Support may cover CAQH, NPI, portals, applications, recredentialing, demographic changes, education, document review, screen sharing, and hands-on help.
Full-service credentialing
For eligible independently licensed Georgia LPCs, LCSWs, and LMFTs providing outpatient mental health care. Current payer options are Cigna or Evernorth, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare or Optum, and Blue Cross Blue Shield or Anthem.

We review the information you provide, complete and submit the payer application, verify receipt when possible, respond to payer requests with your cooperation, follow up, correct returned items, handle contracts under a limited power of attorney when applicable, and provide final approval or denial documents.

Payer selection, rate negotiation, EFT or ERA setup, directory verification, claims and billing, EHR or clearinghouse setup, locations added after submission, demographic maintenance, recredentialing, or revalidation.

One panel covers one provider, one payer, one tax ID, and all locations disclosed before the initial submission. Another provider, payer, or tax ID is a separate purchase. Group practices may purchase work separately for each applicable provider and tax ID.

An associated EAP may be included when it is available through the selected payer and requested as part of the initial work at no additional cost.

Consultation is billed in 15-minute increments with a 15-minute minimum.

CAQH setup or substantial completion is $75. NPI setup is $75 when all required records are available. Portal setup is $75 per portal, including Cigna for Health Care Professionals, Availity Essentials, or Provider Express. Do-it-yourself setup is encouraged when practical.

CAQH should ideally be complete, current, and attested before full-service work begins. Minor corrections are included. Meaningful setup, data entry, document uploads, or gap resolution require the $75 CAQH add-on.

Payer processing commonly takes two to six months or longer. Approval and timing cannot be guaranteed, and a long payer processing time is not a basis for a refund.
