Hi, my name is Mia Bailey, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor. I would like the chance to help you challenge these intrusive thoughts and/or self-doubts that are stopping you from being the best version of yourself. I can assist you in improving your positive thoughts. I have experience in decreasing anxiety and improving depression by challenging those thoughts and incorporating relaxation techniques. The overall goal is to understand yourself, the different aspects of yourself, and realize that you are okay!

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, exposure response prevention therapy, rational emotive behavior therapy, and collaborative approaches to therapy to provide positive change, empowerment, and the most appropriate tools for each specific individual and couple. I will act as a coach/motivator for positive change. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs by providing warm support.
