A limited number of sliding fee scale clients accepted. This must be arranged in advance with our support team.
We are currently in network with Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, and United Healthcare. Have insurance with a plan that is not listed? We can assist you with submitting a superbill to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement from your out of network benefits. We also accept many Employee Assistance Programs.
We accept all major credit cards as forms of payment. HSA and FSA cards can be used for sessions. Your payment method is stored on file and is automatically charged after your session.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a missed visit/late cancellation fee of up to $50. This is a strict policy. You will be charged if you do not show for an appointment or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time.
