Hello! My name is Brittany Harford. I got my bachelor's degree in psychology from Kennesaw State University and my master's degree in clinical and counseling psychology from Clayton State University.

Choosing to go to therapy is a big and brave decision, and you should be proud of yourself. I work hard to create a safe space where you can feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings with me. My goal is to help you understand your challenges, become more resilient, and develop a kinder relationship with yourself.

I am passionate about helping people who struggle with anxiety, rejection sensitivity, OCD, and low self-esteem. I use different methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), mindfulness, and self-compassion practices. I aim to empower you to handle your emotions and build a happy, balanced life.
