Welcome, let me first commend you for taking your mental and relational health seriously. Inviting someone into your personal life is not always easy, but you have taken the first step. My name is Aja Underdue, and I am a marriage and family therapy intern. My ideal client is any individual, couple, or family wanting to work collaboratively with a therapist to create positive change in their lives. My goal is to make therapy as comfortable as possible. I offer a space for you to talk and to be heard. I will take a collaborative approach with you and your loved ones as I empower you to explore how social factors and life experiences impact your life challenges. I will not take a "one-size fits all" approach as we are all unique in our strengths, needs, experiences, and desires. I am a wife, a mother of a neurodivergent child, a step-mother, a daughter, a sister, a friend, and an educator. I know that life can be challenging and sometimes we need a partner to assist us in walking through those challenges that come our way. If you are looking for that partner, I am here to walk through your challenges with you.
