Ebonie Curry, Intern

Greetings, my name is Ebonie Curry and I’m a therapist intern at Tiny Planet. As a graduate student at the University of Georgia, I’m on the brink of completing my Master of Social Work program. Prior to this, I served in the military as a mental health technician, a foundation that set me on a path of understanding human dynamics. I have experience in substance abuse, cognitive behavior therapy, and cognitive processing therapy. Navigating the landscape of mental well-being can be an intimidating journey that many face alone. I stand as a partner, a guide, and a support system, aiming to equip my clients with the essential tools to not only achieve but sustain mental health. Within the therapeutic space, I am committed to fostering an environment where everyone is valued, heard, and embraced. I hold a firm belief in the collaborative nature of therapy, where progress flourishes through partnership rather than prescription. Our therapeutic journey will be defined by your pace, your insights, and your objectives. Drawing from person-centered therapy coupled with cognitive behavioral techniques, I tailor interventions to your unique aspirations and adapt them as required. At Tiny Planet Counseling, your holistic well-being is my utmost priority. If you’re seeking a partner to accompany you on your path toward mental wellness, I encourage you to reach out to our support team. Let’s embark on this journey together and craft a brighter tomorrow.
